Ivan Varat, Managing Director with San Patrik Real Estate, was a speaker at the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Global Symposium, which took place September 27-29 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Varat introduced the participants to the Croatian real estate market, providing insights into its current state and trends. He elaborated on typical buyers, price ranges, and shared detailed information on the present dynamics of the market.

“In Croatia, the two primary real estate markets are Zagreb, where about 95% of buyers are locals, and the coastal areas, attracting over 70% of buyers from foreign countries like Germany, Slovenia and Austria. The country’s inclusion in the Schengen zone and adoption of the Euro as a currency, along with good connectivity, have made it even more appealing to foreign buyers,” said Varat.
