San Patrik’s CEO, Ivan Varat, attended the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Global Symposium 2025 in Prague, one of the most prominent international events in the real estate industry.
The gathering brought together professionals from 32 countries, offering three days of inspiration, collaboration, and meaningful exchange among leading experts shaping the future of global real estate. This year’s theme, “Bridges to the Future: Global Insight, Local Impact,” emphasized the importance of connecting global perspectives with local market expertise – the very essence of San Patrik’s mission.
Through keynote sessions led by respected industry experts including Dr. Marci Rossell, Chief Economist of LeadingRE, Adam Challis from JLL, and Abhii Dabas from INTRIC Technologies, the Symposium explored the role of technology, artificial intelligence, and demographic shifts in shaping the future of the market. As Dr. Rossell noted: “AI will change how we live, work, and play, but that last dimension will always remain human.”
It is precisely that human connection that remains the foundation of true value in real estate.
During the closing session, Ivan Varat shared his reflections: “Artificial intelligence will transform the real estate industry, that is certain, but it will never replace trust, integrity, respect, faith, and love. These are the fundamentals.”
Alongside a rich program of presentations and workshops, participants also had the opportunity to experience Prague’s culture and architecture, with visits to Prague Castle, the Old Town, and the Villa Richter, the oldest vineyard in the Czech Republic, where the closing celebration took place.
