In 2023, Ivan earned an MBA in International Marketing through the Zagreb School of Economics and Management and Luiss Business School in Rome. His thesis, titled “Project Approach to the Sales Cycle in the Real Estate Industry”, was mentored by Dr Siniša Krajnović, partner at McKinsey and Company, and received top marks. This academic milestone strengthened his strategic mindset and reinforced his leadership approach.
